Strategy and Planning
- Develop and spearheads the execution of credit operation approval process of consumer business strategies
- Explore new potential system & method of analysis and approval on credit application process to make it effective and efficien
- Identifies premium costumer
- Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the group Identifies, allocates and organises resource requirements, including people development requirements
Business Performance and Management
- Drive and monitor realisation Secured Credit Underwriting group expense.
- Monitor credit application approval based on Turn Around Time SLA to achieve consumer credit growth.
- Drives & Manage approval rate of credit consumer bankwide.
- Act as commitee credit approval as credit approval Limit.
- Supervise credit loan process data entry, underwriting, analysis, signing and disbursement to achieving loan target and business growth.
- Monitor, review and develop the execution of the credit underwriting policies and procedures in effort to make theprocess proper, effective and also efficient. Develop and ensure communication credit underwriting of credit procedures and policies distributed also understood well to be executed with same standards in cross area.
People Management
- Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive credit underwriting group that operates seamlessly across area. Manages the individual and group development through formal and informal development
Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with policies, procedures, and Regulatory.
